After 6 months of commitment you can cancel at anytime with no cancellation fee. If need to cancel before 6 months there is a small $49 cancellation fee.
Yes. The more you use our services the more money you save. The Thrive membership allows you to bank any cash to be used on all services at Pure Health and still receive exclusive membership pricing.
Yes there is a small onetime fee for us to set up and put you in our secured auto debit system.
Although we will be sad to see you leave. We do allow a transfer of membership, with a small transfer fee to new member.
